Calm your brain

During this time of uncertainty and change it can feel increasingly difficult to calm and soothe our bodies and minds. You may find yourself feeling: anxious and unable to focus on the new assessment structures; stressed as a result of online working; overwhelmed by other factors impacting your life. These sessions, run by the Counselling and Mental Health Service, use mindfulness practice to help start your day with a sense of calm and acceptance to enable you to face these challenges more easily.

In this Zoom workshop you will be guided by a facilitator and then there will be an option to join the chat at the end of the session.
