Coping with the COVID-19 Challenge

This workshop will bring together the wide array of advice and resources for coping and enhancing mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. We'll go over the key points we need to have in place in our lives so that we can better choose our own strategies for doing well in these trying times.

This Zoom workshop will provide an opportunity for Q&A for those who wish to engage in the chat at the end of the session. Audio and video functions will be disabled. Further Zoom etiquette will be sent with the meeting link.
