Are you experiencing daily stress, anxiety, pressure or burnout? Are you hoping to seek better work-life balance and improved emotional wellbeing?
Finding Balance at Times of Stress workshop is designed for individuals seeking practical tools to understand, manage, and respond more helpfully to stress in daily life. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as its framework, this class provides a "toolkit" approach, covering techniques for recognizing personal stress triggers, calming the body during spikes, and reframing thought patterns. Participants will get a chance to practice using tools which can help build resilience to burnout.
