One-off workshop
This workshop is for all Postgraduate students working towards Masters degrees or PhDs. The aim of the workshop is to use the principles and practises of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you engage more effectively in your studies and life.
In brief, we will look at:
directing your energy effectively, accepting & working with the things you cannot change, identifying and letting go of unhelpful patterns & decision making, and developing a wider perspective which you can lean on to help you through the everyday, micro-challenges of your advanced studies.
