Entry to this workshop is via Practitioner referral only.
This workshop will be facilitated via Teams. This session will close for registration when fully booked or at 12 noon on the day of the workshop. This is to ensure there is enough time for workshop administration to be completed.
This workshop will help you understand what social anxiety is and what maintains the cycle. It will help identify unhelpful behaviours and explore ways of changing them to make life easier in social settings. It will also refer you to other more in-depth sources of support.
Participation in this Teams workshop will require the use of audio and video functions, as directed by the facilitator. Smaller break out groups will also be used. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before you are signed on to the group. Further Teams etiquette will be sent when you are asked to confirm your attendance at the workshop.
