Event details

Entry to this group is via Practitioner referral only.

Attendance at each session is required.

In this 4-week course, we will aim to:

Engage with interesting and accessible psychological models and ideas

Participate in experiential activities, reflection and self-analysis

Equip you with tools to more effectively enjoy generating good relationships with others.

Identify unhelpful interpersonal patterns we can get into, understand why we get into them, and find ways out!

Create a small community to help and support one another

Explore how the theoretical ideas we look at might appear in interaction with others and in the group

This course will suit you if:

You are not engaging in risky behaviours or struggling with trauma whose impact you are unable to contain

You are interested in developing better relationships

You are able to talk a bit about yourself and listen to others too

You want to learn some ideas and techniques to help you manage better in the social world

After completion of this group, you will have the option of attending our peer-led Support MOG ( Moving on Group) that meets during term-term, here at the service.
