These sessions will take place in various locations. The social prescribing team will contact you prior to the sessions to introduce themselves and share their contact details, as well as the meeting point for each session.

We can all feel a bit isolated from time to time, loneliness is completely normal feeling that we all experience at different points in our life but it is also not a permanent feeling, there is always opportunity for this to change. If you are feeling lonely, looking to get more active or just looking to build some time in your week for a break from studying to unwind, this group may be helpful for you.

This group is a weekly opportunity for students to connect with others and enjoy meaningful activities that boost your health and wellbeing and increase your sense of purpose. It is a safe space to join an easy going and relaxed environment whilst engaging in different activities such as mindful gardening and getting more active with yoga whilst connecting with other students.

This group is facilitated by our Social Prescribing team who will guide you through ways you can incorporate the six ways to wellbeing into your week and help you find practical ways to boost your wellbeing.

Whilst attendance to all six sessions isn't mandatory, we would advise you attend as many of the sessions as you can to get the most out of them.
