Anxiety and Depression

42nd Street is a mental health charity in Greater Manchester catering to young people 13-25 years old. It delivers individual counselling (cognitive behavioural therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and one-to-one psycho-social support and advocacy services.

Self-Help Services provides support for a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, phobias and panic attacks. You can self refer to access psychological therapies.

MIND services include talking therapies, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment and training schemes, counselling and befriending.
