Self-Help for Social Anxiety

Entry to this course is via Counsellor referral only.

This group will be facilitated via Zoom. This session will close for registration when fully booked, or at 9.30 am on the day of the workshop. This is to ensure there is enough time for workshop administration to be completed.

This workshop will help you understand what social anxiety is and what maintains the cycle. It will help identify unhelpful behaviours and explore ways of changing them to make life easier in social settings. It will also refer you to other more in-depth sources of support.

This Zoom group will use the audio and video functions. You will be able to communicate with other group participants and see each others' messages. Smaller 'break-out' groups may also be used. Further Zoom etiquette will be sent when you are asked to confirm your attendance at the group.
