Entry to this workshop is via Practitioner referral only.

This workshop will help you understand what social anxiety is and what maintains the cycle. It will help identify unhelpful behaviours and explore ways of changing them to make life easier in social settings. It will also refer you to other more in-depth sources of support.

After completion of this group, you will have the option of attending our peer-led Social Anxiety Practice Sessions (SAPS) that meets during term-term, here at the service.
