Understanding My Mood: Ways to Manage it Better 2

Entry to this group is via Practitioner referral only.

This is a 5 week course. Attendance at the first session is required in order to continue with the remainder of the group.

This supportive group can help you to recognise how unhelpful patterns on managing your mood has been established and explore better ways to manage it better.

We will also look at manageable changes that you can make and learn ways of easing the symptoms of mood problems and preventing them from becoming unmanageable.
