These practical and enjoyable sessions are looking at how changes in behaviour, feeling, and thinking can help us to relate to ourselves and others in ways that are more constructive and to the benefits of learning strategies for managing stress and mood fluctuations. Experience the effects of mindfulness practice on your mood and as a useful way of managing stress and improving general wellbeing.
