Self-help for social anxiety

Drop-in; first-come, first served. No registration required. Maximum 25 people per session. When capacity has been reached, the session will be closed.
This workshop will help you understand what social anxiety is and what maintains the cycle. It will help identify unhelpful behaviours and explore ways of changing them to make life easier in social settings. It will also refer you to other more in-depth sources of support.
