Finding your coursework overwhelming? Struggling to focus or feeling anxious about exams or deadlines? Come to our session Calm your brain and have a croissant. Run by The University of Manchester Counselling Service, we'll help you start your day off calm, focused and a little less hungry with some healthy breakfast and a chance to join other students in a relaxing mindfulness session. Don't worry if this session is full, come along anyway!
