The Managing Anxiety workshops are made up of three separate workshops, which is an open rolling programme for students only. It can be accessed in any order, offered as an individual workshop or a bundle of workshops tailored to individual needs.

Aim and objectives:

To develop an understanding of how our thoughts and beliefs influence our feelings and behaviours

To understand the nature of anxious thoughts

To learn strategies for managing anxious thoughts
