The Managing Anxiety workshops are made up of three separate workshops, which is an open rolling programme for students only. It can be accessed in any order, offered as an individual workshop or a bundle of workshops tailored to individual needs.

Aim and objectives:

To develop a broader understanding of anxiety triggers and the types of physical symptoms we experience with anxiety

To learn and have the opportunity to practice strategies and techniques to help relieve physical symptoms of anxiety
