A course to learn evidence based skills to promote emotional and mental wellbeing. Yoga and meditation practices, including breath control, movement and guided relaxation have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and increase feeling of positivity and wellbeing. The sessions will be a mixture of practice and discussion, ultimately offering a set of tools that can be applied to everyday life to reduce stress and increase wellbeing.
