Overcoming Worry (CBT)

Event details

This is a 4 week course and attendance at each session is required.

Entry to this course is via Counsellor referral only.

This course could be suitable for you if you relate to some or most of the following:

Feeling nervous, anxious, on edge.

Unable to stop or control worrying.

Worrying too much about different things.

Difficulty concentrating/mind going blank.

Easily annoyed/irritable.

Trouble relaxing and/or muscle tension.

Sleep disturbance.

Easily tired and fatigued.

This course will aim to give you a better understanding of what processes maintain worry and strategies for overcoming them.
